The Sydney Northern New South Wales Branch recently wrote to Burwood Council opposing an inappropriate and unsympathetic town house proposal in Wyatt Avenue, off Upper Burwood Road, which would disrupt a relatively intact Federation era streetscape. Royal Park, Parkville UPDATE: In early July the follwing was announced. ‘much of Royal Park's heritage-listed grounds have been spared the bulldozer after Mr Guy axed the Elliott Avenue interchange from the design.
