William Andrews Nesfield (1793–1881) was an English soldier, landscape architect and artist. A five-part online series about Nesfield is being presented by the UK Gardens Trust, in partnership with the Garden Museum, to celebrate the Museum’s acquisition of Nesfield’s archives. The extensive papers were previously held by the designer’s descendants in Australia.

The event is online, with the first lecture on 16 September. Attendees will be sent a Zoom link two days (and again a few hours) prior to the start of the first talk. Aa link to the recorded session will be sent shortly after each session and will be available for two weeks.
