With over 20 years of experience as a tour guide and eight years as a successful business owner, she is well-established as an expert in her field. Notably, she served as the native plant edibles expert on the television show Alone and has contributed significantly to the development of resources on Tasmanian native foods and advised on many ‘Bush Tucker’ gardens located around Tasmania. As the founder of nita Education, Trisha has devoted much of her life to the research and preservation of ancient knowledge. Motivated by a profound commitment to sharing her understanding of Aboriginal culture, she aims to educate others about the rich heritage of her people, fostering greater appreciation and contributing to the care of Country.
