Southern Highlands Branch: Christmas Party

5 December @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm AEDT

As we come to the end of 2025 — a year in which we celebrated the beauty and importance of trees — it feels wonderfully fitting that our final event brings us to one of the Highlands’ most remarkable private gardens.

Nestled among ancient eucalypts, this enchanting 10-acre garden has been lovingly developed over 50 years by owner, Deidre Hill. A true haven for tree lovers, it offers sweeping park-like vistas, richly layered plantings and a sense of discovery at every turn.

Highlights include an extraordinary collection of rare and unusual trees and shrubs — particularly conifers (with notable Picea, Abies and Cedar varieties) — as well as a magnificent Beech collection.

This is a rare opportunity to wander through a garden that reflects a lifetime of knowledge, vision and devoted care. Join us to celebrate the close of our year of trees in a setting that truly honours them.

Location:  Quindalup, 180 Sproules Lane, Glenquarry.

Cost: $65 per person. (Bring your own chair.)

Book: at Humanitix.
