ACT Monaro Riverina Branch: Twilight Ramble

18 February 2021 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm AEDT

We are starting 2021 with a Twilight Ramble at the former Forestry School site at Yarralumla.

At 5.15 pm our guide, Steve Thomas will meet us in the car park and take us on a walk for about 30 minutes to view some of Weston’s plantings which form a section of Westbourne Woods, and other plantings which were projects of forestry students. Steve is an active member of the Friends of ACT Trees and a local Yarralumla resident. He will also outline the proposed use being considered for the site when CSIRO vacates the site next year. At the conclusion of the walk and discussion, refreshments will be served.

Cost: $15.00 (AGHS members) $20.00 (non-members). Plus 50 cent ticket fee.

Bookings: Through Trybooking.

Enquiries: Margie Bourke, marg@mebourke.com
