Tasmania Branch: First Winter Lecture — Rural Landscapes of the Northern Midlands

This weekend event combines the first lecture in our 2023 Winter Lecture Series with visits to four properties in the Campbell Town, Cressy and Longford areas exploring the theme of how Tasmanian rural properties are adapting to the changing landscape and the challenge of remaining sustainable.
It is a full day on Saturday with three property visits in the Campbell Town and Cressy areas from mid-morning. There are no scheduled activities overnight.
Sunday begins at 10.30 am with Winter Lecture 1 at the Tramsheds Function Centre at Invermay, Launceston, followed by lunch at the same venue. A property visit at Longford in the afternoon completes this day’s activities. Expect to leave Longford by 3.30pm.
We are delighted that both the author and the photographer of the book Great Properties of Tasmania, Richard Allen & Kim Baker, will present our first Winter Lecture for 2023 at the Tramsheds Function Centre Invermay, Launceston, on Sunday morning.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets cancelled before before 5pm 24 April will be fully refunded.
Tickets cancelled during the period 5pm 24 April to 5pm 8 May will receive a 50% refund.
After 8 May ticket cancellations are non-refundable.
